You are encouraged to contact Customer
Services when you have a question about
mental health services or when you need
information about what resources may be
available in the community. You may also
call if you are dissatisfied with any
aspect of your treatment. You will
receive a written resolution not later
than 60 days of filing a
grievance/complaint. More information is
contained in the booklet titled
“Northcare Customer Service Handbook”.
